After I take a quest the quest dialog always has a confirmation. When I am speaking with some characters and choose this option I get valuable information or sometimes colorful details, but other NPCs just make me feel stupid. I have wondered if the option was in case i delayed the quest and randomly spoke with the quest giver, but with the journal that never happens. The worst one is Azzan (or perhaps any FG chief) but Azzan angrily acts like I have no clue what to do. Archmage Traven repeats himself horribly. With the guild level he could expunge on the mission at hand or with something more interesting then restatement.
