Hey all,

There may be SPOILERS in this so if you don't want to have some stuff spoiled then please turn away now.

So I have a problem in regards to not being able to turn in a quest to Elder Maxson, usually he is in his space in the Prydwyn but right now he is in the Boston Airport inside the room with the inaccessable terminal.

I have no idea how to get in there or how to get him out. I tried to move him with his ID but it didn't work, I think the ID may have been wrong (I got it from the wiki).

Please someone help me with a fix or some way around this, I can't continue the main quest line without speaking to him.
