I know there are mods that add new voices, like Interesting NPCs, but are there any mods that add diversity to already existing NPCs? Mods that change their voices? Skyrim's voice acting was an improvement over Oblivion, which isn't saying much, but it still uses only a handful of voices for a lot of NPCs. Despite having over 70 voice actors for Skyrim, many of them played specific characters or were otherwise limited to a few NPCs. In contrast, most of the male Nords - the most common NPC type in the game - are all voiced by the same person; Jarl Balgruuf's voice is the most common.
