NPC's and charecters in the game are not speaking, when i click on them its only text, while i can hear all the other Ambient Sounds. I tried disabling all mods and then trying to play and still no sound....

I solved my problem... it was one of the mods...I deactivated the mods and tested the game after reactivating each mod...worked
