Hello
I bought FNV about a year ago. I played the game and i never could detect sound bugs or even normal bugs. But today I wanted to play this "old" game again for ceasers legion. So i started the launcher and waited till the steam updated the game. Then i started a new game but i couldnt hear the voices of NPCs! I can see the subtitles but there is no voice! I hear the sounds from pipboy, from the radio and from the enviroment but not from NPCs . And they dont even move their mouth.
Pls help me i have googled this problem but i couldnt find an answer.

Delete your FalloutNV folder and re-run the launcher. Make sure to back up your game saves
