I know that supposedly items and containers don't respawn inside of them, so it is great for player homes... But what about NPCs? If I have an NPC with respawn flagged in one of these cells, will the NPC respawn in the cell eventually after dying?

I've done google searches on Skyrim+No Reset Zones, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info from the results.
