NPCs sleeping at an angle and standing in chairs?

I've been having an issue for a while now where NPCs will be sleeping or sitting, and when I click on them to talk they either don't respond (if sitting) or if sleeping they'll shift to some wierd non horizontal angle and then not respond. I found that if I then wait for an hour they'll snap out of it and talk to me right away. ?????? Anyone else ever had this issue?

Post your load order. It sounds like an an animation or mesh issue.

Yeah, if you move around nearby, the animation tends to fix itself.

Yeah, if you move around nearby, the animation tends to fix itself.


For me the animation stays. Nothing but resting will get them to break out of it, they also don't react to being prodded for conversation either. really wierd.
