Hia,

I am very unfamiliar with TESCS but I wanted to edit a mod and change the armor some of the NPCs were wearing. I tried removing the original armor and replacing it with the new stuff (from another mod) and saving over. For some reason, the NPCs all appear without any of the stuff I added to their inventories. Ive tried messing the the load order of the mods but nothing seems to work.


Any suggestions?

You can't use one mod to add items from another mod to a NPC, unless that first mod is dependent on the mod that adds the armor and the mod that adds the NPC. Look up de-isolation on the http://www.uesp.net

I think you should better download a companion mod. Toaster share/recruit will allow you to access the inventory of any npc in the game.
