i want to see all the npc's listed and the ghost of uriel septim-his voice is so dramatic. anybody agree?

I couldn't believe he wasn't in Oblivion, especially since he specifically said in Morrowind that he was going to the Imperial City. Finding Caius in Oblivion was my biggest goal. How could you, Bethesda?

I can't believe that anybody would want the Adoring Fan to make a return. He has to be the most annoying character in The Elder Scrolls history.

If there was going to be an annoying bosmer in TESV I'd like it to be Gaenor. He should appear midway through the main quest, try and get you to give him a million gold, and then disappear. Then He should just turn up, in full ebony armour right before the climactic ending of the main quest and hand your [censored] to you. THAT would be one hell of an annoying Bosmer NPC. It would also be classic Gaenor and make killing him REALLY, REALLY statisfying.

As for Helseth, I can actually see him as a possible antagonist for TESV, perhaps he's advocating Dunmer expansion into Skyrim by Hlaalu and Dres to keep them off his back, I actually wouldn't be too surprised if Caius makes a return as the Blades Director of Operations in Skyrim as he's one of their best operatives.

But there's one NPC who is an obvious addition to this poll.

I want Caius Cosades back, he is one of the few(besides some of the nobles/politicians) that I see a reasin fr coming back. When there is no more use of them as bodyguards for the emperor they will need to take a new role in Tamriel and as the previous Spymaster of Vvardenfell, Caius would have some influence in decisions. And besides I would love to have a spy/agent quest line revolving around political intrigue.

It was actually a joke, couldn't you tell? For real though, I would like to see a less svcky king of worms in the next tes game.

I'd like to see Chancellor Ocato again. Hopefully not in a diplomatic or political sense like he was in Oblivion though, I'd rather see him really act like an Imperial Battlemage and a real Chancellor.

Yes, Mannimarco was awful in Oblivion. An altmer with an annoying voice is so frightening, he totally personified death and destruction [rolls eyes]. From what I've read, the King of Worms is supposed to be a lich. He didn't look anything like the liches that you see in the rest of the game.

Fyr--he's a Dark Elf and is likely to live quite a long time. Think how long Barezniah (sp.) has been around. She slept with Tiber Septim after all, so they're a pretty long lived race.

Also, the UnderKing. I rather liked him in Daggerfall.

Oblivion had some good moments and aspects, characterization wasn't one of them though. Especially when it came down to good vs evil.

In all truth though. I really would want to see anyone that could even be an ancestor of the people of morrowind
