NPCs you'd like to see more lore about

Post » Fri Nov 01, 2013 4:09 pm

This is a thread about saying which NPCs you'd like to see developed further in future installments of the Elder Scrolls. This isn't stuff you'd like to see games written about but more characters you'd like to see expanded on in their history.

For me, the two I'd like to see more written on would be Miraak and the Ebony Warrior of all people.

The latter, I know, exists only as a challenge for 81st level PCs.

Still, I'd love to actually have that guy have BEEN somebody.

The Shor-worshiping Redguard who did a bunch of amazing [censored] before coming to you in order to die.

Due to Skyrim's incredibly vague representation on its own history, I'd really like a good chunk of its NPC's explained. For those three tougues supposedly being important to the main quest, we know absolutely nothing about them aside from their basic personalities. Miraak's story wouldn't be bad either.

Arngeir and the greybeards

I can't get enough of these strange mystical people. I want to see them developed more.

Imagine people who could shout Wulharth back into existence on Nirn....shouted Wulharth into the world to rally the Nords...imagine that

Skyrim did not even begin to touch their capabilities

I think the OP is more geared toward NPC's we've actually seen/encountered in-game, as opposed to the more historical people.

I'm glad you said this so I don't have to figure out how to spell his name.

Yagrum Bagarn. What was he doing in those outer realms? Were these Oblivion plains or something else?

I totally think the Ebony Warrior should be the star of a non-existent game set in Hammerfell.

The one which drove the Thalmor out.
