So i've gotten pretty far into fallout 4 on the Play station 4 console, this easily became my favorite game but then today i was on maybe the last mission on the main brotherhood story line, I placed the bomb on the reactor then elder maxson contacted proctor ingram and we were both teleported. For about 2 seconds I was teleported to where i should've been and then i was teleported to the surface, as part of the institutionalized mission even though i did not have it active. And I couldn't go anywhere or do anything, no fast traveling or anything and the nuclear option mission is still active and going so now i can't even play fallout 4
