*sigh*.. really?...I don't understand why anyone would even want nudity in a game like Skyrim, i see nothing wrong with human body, as other people said 'it's natural' but its different when you put it in your game and let people from all age ranges play it, you know how people are nowadays most parents (i know) let their kids play games without even checking the rating, it it's a fantasy adventure game!
A rated M title is not a game for all age ranges, and any parent that gives one to a child is being negligent or they must know about it and be fine with it.
Is it any different for a parent giving an M rated game title, and giving access to rated R movies, or Explicit music? 'Cause it shouldn't be, they rate those things for a reason.
Nudity and language (and anything else) should be in art/games/film/music/ and any other media, if for no other reason than the artist/designer wants it there.... Freedom of expression; and it should be rated appropriately if they wish to sell it in certain markets.
*More importantly... Those ratings should be heeded by consumers, and they should have no recourse but refund, if they willingly disregard the label; Anything else is an opening for folks to sue companies for their own personal mistakes... Like suing a chemical company because they bought a 'Grass & Weedkiller' formula and used it all over their yard ~instead of their driveway.
