Do you think Skyrim will have nudity? Are you for it, or do you think any depictions of the human body uncovered would be inappropriate?
As a side note:
Murder, torture, mutilation, assault are all some of the most heinous crimes defined under the law, and often incur life imprisonment or death penalty in some states as punishment.
In the United States, "state law prohibits exposure of the genitals and/or the female briast in a public place, while in other states simple nudity is legal, but evidence of intent to shock, arouse or offend other persons (lewd conduct) is evidence of prohibited conduct....Public nudity itself has not been a crime throughout California since a 2000 Appellate Court ruling, and prosecutions and convictions are unheard of"
In Canada, "Section 174 prohibits nudity if it offends "against public decency or order" and in view of the public. However, the courts have found that nvde swimming, nvde sunbathing, streaking, being topless (female) is not offensive under this definition"
In Europe, laws against nudity are very lenient, if they exist at all in a given country.
