Hey guys! I've been playing Fallout 4 all day and I've slowly manage to get myself a collection of Nuka Cola Quantums but I have no idea what their purpose is/

In Fallout 3 you had the Nuka Grenades and the quest, what are their purpose in Fallout 4?
