Isn't there a recipe in the game to make Nuka Quantum grenades? I could have sworn I saw a post somewhere talking about one but I can't find it. I seem to recall someone saying that he gets the perk to make 10 nukas into a quantum cola so he could make grenades.

The answer to both the questions would be yes.

There is a schematic for "Nuka grenades", its located through the cliffside cavers(raider camp) which leads to the entrance of the Yao Guai cave. It is located in there.

IIRC the cave is just east of TenPenny tower.

The perk your talking about id "Nuka Chemist" where once you collect 10 Nuka Cola's they will instantly be converted into a Nuka Cola Quantum(which is needed for nuka grenades, which are super powerful. 300-400 dmg I believe)

You can also buy a schematic from Doc Hoff, and Sierra Petrova gives you another one as a reward for completing the quest she has you do. With all 3 schematics, you can then make 3 Nuka Grenades at once

Nice addition to this, eventually you can get a perk that gives you the best version of all the hand crafted weapons. Not till the later levels though. Still, I find it to be much easier than chasing people down to find schematics.
