v1.2 says the keypad can be remaped. But does it still work with favorites?

Nope. There was multitude of threads about it right after the patch. By making the numpad keys usable for binds they don't work as favourite couples (and no, favourites can't be rebound so.. screw move if you happen to use the numpad for favourites)
