You seem to be one of the lucky few.
My system is similar to yours.

i5-2500
12GB
GTX 570 i average 40fps, v-sync off, latest drivers, everything on low 1x etc and ive seen it drop to 20-30fps before...
others with more powerful cards than ours e.g. GTX 670, 590 have had problems getting decent frames.

wanna tell us your secret? :)

Either way, OC would give you a small boost of few fps maybe 5-10 max if you OC high

Quick question Which will make the game look better...
1. low effects plus best aliasing
2. mid effect mid alliasing
3.high effects no alliasing?
I find with my 570 oc @ 925 gpu clock 2200 memory clock and 1.12V I can maintain 60fps almost constantly @ 1080P with *4 MSAA and low effects plus Vsync force in nvidia control panel and my gpu at 80-100% fan doesn't go above 75 degrees. Is there any way to tell other then plain visual's is the setting are taking effect because I find it odd I can get this type of performance with a EVGA refurbished 570 while others are struggling with much better cards
