Here is my specs:

Intel i7

8gb Ram

GTX 950 OC

Windows 7 64

I have tried:

Reverting drivers

Updating Drivers

Verifying game cache

downloading nvwgf2umx.dll from various sites to try and replace the one I have

Changing Graphics settings

Trying windowed and windowed + borderless

Running the game as admin

Running steam as admin

Contacting bethesda support (got an automated response)

I am not going to even attempt to reinstall because I am on Mobile internet and I have an internet cap of like 10 GB'S a month and installing the game the first time was a real hassle

Please Help me!
