Not sure if this might fix or help with anything, but I'm going to give it a try and see if anything of note has been improved. nothing mentioned in the notes about it so likely little if any change.

I would imagine that the specific fixes for Fallout 4 have been implemented close to game launch.

I tend to not install new drivers unless I have a specific issue with a game that a driver package resolves. Unless they have some kind of performance fix for the card I have. Otherwise I leave them alone.

I know I generally don't expect too much, but it seems that it helped a fair bit with Vram management from my quick test, granted that might be because my old driver install was corrupt or something, but from what I can tell, I feel like I can turn the settings up a touch more. I don't want to be the only one saying that, so I'm hoping a few more people try it and see if anything is noticible.

I'll be installing these later to get the general 144Hz fix. We'll see how these work in-game.
