So I've recently installed a new texture pack, NMC's Medium Pack, and my game isn't slowed down but it crashes a good bit when I'm entering interiors or going to different cells. To stop that from happening I downloaded the 4gb enabler and followed all the instructions in Gopher's video but it's still not working and I get is a window that says "Loading Fallout New Vegas" then the window disappears and nothing happens. I'm using the newest version of NVSE and have no idea why it's not working. Any help?

Don't know if this might be causing it but I am using Windows 8.
