NVSE GetCrosshairRef ?

This returns the reference of whatever i am pointing at right?

So does that mean I can get an NPC in to my script by pointing at him?
Or is reference only generic?

Sorry if im getting my terms confused.

I think it only returns things that you can activate, like a container, and then again only if that item is within normal activation range.

You do need to be within Pick Range but as that is a gamesetting that you can use SE to alter on the fly you can get the ref of pretty much anything at any distance loaded.
