NVSR - Stutter Remover back under development

4.1.31 is now up on the nexus

Changes:

heap replacement should now properly support the extern heaps (tbmm, tcmalloc, fastmm4) on FNV & FO3, not just Oblivion.
it now has hashtable overrides set up for 1.4.0.525, though they're not too optimized yet
hashtable profiling has been completely rewritten and should now produce more complete information
iFPSClamp should now be properly hooked, allowing MinimumFPS to actually be meaningful
edit: oh, and per request I attempted to set up the zip files structure to work with NMM correctly

Issues with 4.1.30:

64 Hertz fix reported to cause problems with lip synch & some camera issues - in progress, I expect some limited improvement in 4.1.32

hashtable overrides rather poor for 1.4.0.525 - partially fixed in 4.1.31 (needs more profiling data)

hashtable profiling missing some useful data - fixed in 4.1.31

heap replacement not working correctly with some heaps - possibly fixed in 4.1.31 (haven't tested it yet)

slow motion not supported so MinimumFPS doesn't do anything - fixed, I think, in 4.1.31 (didn't test much)

download structure did not play nice with NMN - fixed, I think, in 4.1.31 (didn't test)

As always, the stutter remover (NVSR / FSR / OSR) requires the script extender (NVSE / FOSE / OBSE).

Unlike in the past, I now actually have F:NV installed and can do some testing myself. I may even play it a bit!

edit: I could use some log files from heavily modded games with hashtable profiling turned on.

edit2: Several of the hashtable overrides (the ones with the "multiplied by 4" in the descriptions) added aren't working properly in 4.1.31, despite passing most of the checks. I'll have that fixed in the next release.
