So I've recently installed the mod http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/37825 and it works for the most part, but I am having a serious problem. Looking at http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=O2Tm5kuM4cg#! video, the water looks smooth and pretty great. However, in my game, it's not like that. In my game the water is moving very slow (the waves, that is) and it looks like as if it's moving frame-by-frame. The animations of the water are very choppy. Does anyone know why? I've tried editing the settings, but without any luck. Turning off the waves and making the water "calm" fixes this problem, but the water becomes static and doesn't look as good. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, is it possible to remove the ability to look clearly out of the water while under water and looking up?
