Objective bug

I have had several problems with objectives not updating or failing their checks. For example, the objective have 6 women pregnant, the game does not check to see if you already have any qualifying parameters. For the objective, have x dwellers wear an otfit, same issue, you have to manually take off x outfits and reapply them to your characters. For the objectives, collect x weapons, raise x stats, collect x resources, the game does not always recognize said collection, and if you're trying to make any appreciable progress, this breaks the game.


Suggestions for tweaks...

Abilty to heal automatically when fighting within the vault. It is very difficult to manually heal your characters while they are in the vault.

Ability during combat to move characters during emergencies more effectively, I cannot count the times I have wanted to move my best fighter to a room where it is required and been unable to do so because the game will not let me.

Weird mechanics for wasteland travel, I had three characters in the wastes, two very decent fighters and one so so. The very good characters died first over time and the soso guy went five hours longer. Why? They good characters ran so much during combat that they effectively killed themselves. This to me is a huge balance issue that makes no sense. Perhaps I'm incorrect in my assumptions but perhaps not.

The objectives are not retroactively fulfilled. You only qualify on progressing objectives after you receive the new objective.

I keep getting one where my objectives are resetting like I have one for a dweller to explore for 16 hours it reset after 7 hours also have another to have 2 bald dwellers in my vault had 1 then it reset
