objectives crash : Fallout 4

Hi, I am having trouble with the fallout shelter app on Android. Since the last update I can't access my objectives screen, everytime I try it just closes the app. Yesterday I got a Lunchbox for my daily report but an incident happened at the same time as the report opened and I could not get back into the daily report screen to claim my Lunchbox. Today started a new week and so I have lost out on a Lunchbox. I love this game, it truely is a little gem but this thing with the objectives is aggrovating.

I have tried turning my phone (Moto G 2nd Gen running Lollipop) off and on again. I force closed the app and cleared the CACHE but nothing has worked. I don't know what else to try. Any help would be massively appreciated.

it's a bug and no official response yet.

but some players have found a solution and posted on reddit

just search 'Objectives [Crashing, and Possible Cause]' on reddit

or add the line below after the official reddit address (since I'm not allowed to post website address)

Thanks! I will have to get Hubby to look at it, Ive no clue whatI am doing.

Frankly I think the lack of customer support is shocking! I emailed the game developers and recieved a basic holding email saying that I should post here. No attempt to actually help me (or anyone else as far as can see.) I am not very technically minded at all and am sure Im not the only one either. So telling me to go to yet another site that I have never heard of is of no use at all I expect more from such a big name developer.
