I have two objectives this evening that would not count. The first was to assign dwellers to the right room. I attempted this with 5 new dwellers, two were just called by the radio room and three had just grown up. None had been assigned to any room prior to the objective. Three had intelligence as the highest level (3) and were assigned to a hospital room. One had endurance as the highest level (3) and was assigned to the Fitness Center. One had luck as the highest level and was assigned to the Gaming Center. None of them incremented the objective. I restarted the app after the first two failed without effect. I then removed the objective. It was replaced with the "equip 4 dwellers with a shotgun objective". I shutdown the app and restarted my iPad before attempting to complete the objective. I collected two enhanced sawed off shotguns and a hardened combat shotgun from an explorer after I received the objective. I assigned these shotguns for the first time to three new dwellers that had just grown up and never been assigned a weapon previously. None of these shotgun assignments incremented the objective.

Did you delete the game and reinstall it, or just update over the old build? Updated to 1.3 over the old build.

If you updated, did you manually update it, or allow the store to auto-update it? auto-update.
