I also have this problem, also if NPC's sit down/stand close to tables with objects on them, theres a constant sound like the objects are stuck but trying to fly away.
now the weird part, if I fraps, the sound when npc's are close to tables etc WON'T happen :/
actually, Fraps solved objects spazzing out too.
without fraps, opening a door makes everything close:ish to it just FLY away
with fraps, if something is right by the door, the door just slides the object away (like it should)
