I saw my housemate playing Knights of the Nine and thought that the armor look'd pretty neat for a cleric/paladin type player. So I had a go at making the armor:

Looking Good, Nights of the Nine was one of the very few highlights I had with Oblivion!

Are you going to by chance do the other parts of the armor, like the helm and...actually I guess there weren't pauldrons in Oblivion, forgot, thats one of the things I didn't like about it.

Looks neat, this could be a cool addition to maybe receive at the end of the Imperial Cult questline.

O.o Now thats a good Idea! :lightbulb: This armor plus Chrysamere would be the perfect Paladin combination!

Well I was just going to place it on an NPC and have it for sale. It will be a resource so someone is free to take it add it to quests etc....

Looks good, Midge. Are you adding in helmets, boots, gauntlets and shields as well?

well i had a go at the helmet and it failed terribly lol. Might take another shot at it but not promising anything.
I could have a got at the shield.
Not sure about hte gloves/boots tbh - never realy found a good pic of them.

It looks kind of weird without the pauldrons.

I could take some screens of the other parts if you like. Or i could send you the nifs for you to look at?

Wow! This is great Midget. Are you going to be doing the greaves as well? Also, well there be a female version available? It looks to me from the mesh that it's BB compatible already.

Looking good! Would work really well to replace the weird Christian crusader armour used in MCA.

It looks quite good so far, and while I don't want to sound like I'm pestering you about it, I too hope you'll do the other parts of the armor, I don't want it to encounter the problem that many of the unique armor pieces in the game already have, the lack of any matching items for other slots that fit with them, for the guard cuirasses, at least, I suspect the Imperial chain armor would look alright with them, seeing as in Oblivion guardes tended to wear chainmail for all parts that lack distinctive guard armor anyway.

I bet Zackg may want to use these in his cyrodil mod.

EDIT: How much trouble would it be to make a sleeveless version? I would like to use that as a cuirass and wear a shirt that looks like chain mail underneath it.

A seevess version? Hmmm that might be impossible as it uses the right forarm slot XD ( its the only slot it uses - gotta love BB)
However, I can whack up a chain seeve version in no time
