Well, I remember having mod that made the attacking like oblivions, you always hit. But your skill made you hit stronger.

I can't find it on PES or TES Nexus.
Anyone know where I might acquire such a mod?

You can just open up the console and type, "set attackbonus to 100" and "set defendbonus to -100". It works perfectly. there might be no spaces between set and the next word, but attackbonus and defendbonus are both typed as one word. Give it a shot. I usually play with my attack bonus set to 90, so sometimes I miss, it makes the game challenging and fun, yet insures you won't miss nearly every single hit like in vanilla Mw.

It may conflict with other mods, I'm not sure how the author added the attack bonus (I think it was done as a racial bonus, so this mod will probably conflict with mods that affect the races).
