[RELz] Oblivion Birthsigns For Morrowind

A little thing I've had sitting on my hard drive for quite awhile now. I actually had this mod ready for release back in January of this year, but I wanted to wait for the MCP to fix a bug with birthsign displays before I released it.

That's been fixed, so here it is!

PES should have a download link up in the next day or so. When that's up, I'll update this post with the corresponding download link.

This mod alters the birthsigns in TES3:Morrowind to reflect the values for the same birthsign as found in TES4: Oblivion. Each birthsign also has power(s) drawn from the "Birthsign Stones" (Stones related to the constellations that mark the zodiac of Tamriel) that can be found in TES4:Oblivion.

Each birthsign is modified as follows:

The Apprentice
---

Abilities

*Birthsign of the Apprentice: Fortify Maximum Magicka 1.0x Int, Weakness to Magica 100%

Power(s)

*Void Seed: Fortify Illusion and Fortify Alchemy 20 points for 120 seconds.

The Atronarch
---

Abilities

*Birthsign of the Atronarch: Fortify Maximum Magicka 1.5x Int, Spell Absorbtion 50%, Stunted Magicka

Power(s)

*Arcane Well: Spell Absorption 30% and Fortify Intelligence 10 points on Self for 120 seconds.

*Birthsign of the Lady:Fortify Endurance, Fortify Willpower 10 points

*Lady's Warding: Fortify Willpower and Fortify Endurance 20 points on Self for 120 seconds.

*Troll Kin: Weakenss to Fire 25%

Power(s)

*Ysmir's Scales: Resist Frost 50%, Fortify Heavy Armor 10 points, Fortify Light Armor 10 points on Self for 120 seconds.

Spell(s)

*Blood of the North: Restore Health 6 points for 15 seconds (90 points total) on Self, cost of 1 Magicka
(Down from 40 points in TES4:Oblivion due to lack of Mana regeneration in TES3:Morrowind)

*Magicka Manifold: Restore Magicka 50 pts for 1 second on Self.
(Changed for consistency, Fortify Magicka works differently in Oblivion as opposed to Morrowind.)

*Mara's Gift: Restore Health 2 point on Self for 100 seconds.
(Changed to eliminate redundancy with another power inclued in this birthsign)

*Mara's Milk: Restore Health 100 points on Self.

*Mara's Mercy: Restore Health 150 points in 5 ft on Target.


Spell(s)

*Blessed Word: Turn Undead 100 points for 30 seconds in 5 ft on target, multiple times per day at a cost of 1 Magicka.
(Down from 40 points in TES4:Oblivion due to lack of Mana regeneration in TES3:Morrowind)

**Tower Warden: Reflect 5 Points, Resist Normal Weapon 5 Points, Sanctuary 5 Points, Shield 5 Points on Self for 120 seconds
(The TES4:Oblivion spell effect "Reflect Damage" is not present in TES3:Morrowind. This is as close an approximation as I felt comfortable making due to potential balance issues)

*Warden's Key: Open 80 points in 15 feet on Target

**War Cry: Fortify Strength 20 points; Fortify Attack 20 points on Self for 120 seconds.
(Blade & Blunt skills are not present in TES3:Morrowind, Fortify Attack is the closest anologue for buffing multiple weapon skills at once)
