I just saw Oblivion CE for the pc at the store today, is it worth it??
I never bought a CE, is this a good place to start??

That's entirely up to you. The Collector's Edition comes with all of the DLCs and Shivering Isles. So if you want all of that, go for it. :thumbsup:

I thought that Game of the Year edition had all the DLC??

I usually only buy Collector's Editions for games I really like and usually with no intent to ever play that copy. The Oblivion CE is great, has a cool book inside with lots of ES lore and an actual Imperial drake and more, good stuff for collecting. If you just want the DLC then GOTY is cheaper and has the major DLCs, for the smaller DLC you'll need to buy them online or on Live if you play on console. :foodndrink:

I'm a big CE guy, absolutley love them provided they are worth it.Oblivion's is not the best but for a die hard fan like myself I had to have it.I prefer CE that come with figurines and more physical things such as FO3 or Assassin's Creed..

The GOTY only comes with Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. Not any of the others.
