for some reason oblivion freezes sometimes when i do the littlest thing...swing my sword :brokencomputer: it's kind of odd and i installed the crash prevention mod, it helped a bit, but i sitll get it, can someone help me?

You probably need the Deadly Reflex Hotfix. Sorry, no link. Maybe someone else knows where it can be found?

Is it your real mod order?

First, use BOSS to rearrange mod order, then manually place unidentified plugin(i.e. if it is clothes, place it above or below other clothes/armor mod).
Second, install Unofficial Oblivion Patch, Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch and Unofficial Official Mod Patch(for DLCs). They will fix several flaws in-game(other than game engine issues), including stuck-in quest items.
Third, I see you're using OBSE(FormID finder requires it). So I recommend you to use 'http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11531' instead of 'No Quest Items'. Most of vanilla quest items are taken care by UOP, and you can move custom quest items to container/remove quest tag from item forever by the mod I said.
Fourth: If you haven't get Deadly Reflex hotfix, get it.

Remove one of the Ren's plugins. You should only use ONE or the other.
