Oblivion crashes when launching.

I've tried reinstalling, running as administator, tried searching for an update to my drivers, lowering the settings as well as individualing trying each setting and i've yet to find a fix. The game worked perfectly for me last night, I even had OOO, Unique Landscapes, some basic HD textures, 100% draw distance and it worked fine. Below are my system specs.

For this forum, you left stuff off. You can look to what is important for gaming: driver versions and dates, graphics card specifics particularly, of course, and codecs used, as well as the audio processor.

Post the whole dxdiag. Also, were you starting a new game? Did you make it to the sewers?

THIS is the only message thread that is required about the Launcher's failure(s) on your system.

The duplicate ( http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1150248-launcher-not-working/ ) is just so much SPAM, is all it is. And you are still avoiding completing a full problem report.

If it's still within the launcher, add it here, with the missing diagnostic information:

Basic Hardware Specification Chart (Empty so far)

Processor Manufacturer: AMD / Intel
Processor Name / Type: Athlon 64 / Pentium / C2D / dual core / quad, etc.
Processor Speed: ?.? Ghz (or AMD Performance Number)
Operating System / Service Pack: WindowsXP with SP #?, Win7, Vista ? (Oh, no!)
System RAM: ? ? GBs (MBs, if less than 1024 ? )
Video (GPU) Manufacturer: ATI / Nvidia (only those two are supported, PERIOD, so please answer which of them you have)
Video Card Model: (examples) Radeon HD 5670 / Geforce GT 240
Video Card Driver Version: Catalyst ?.? / Nforce ??.??
. . (please use the numbers, not the word "latest")
Video Card onboard RAM: ? ? ? MBs
Sound Card Manufacturer:
Sound Card Model:

(And this is only for the raw hardware & driver variations. Potential software conflicts are far more likely to be game play problems, and developers cannot test for all possible program loads.)

P. S. Please use every day business style paragraph breaks, punctuation, and spelling.
