Here's my story...
Yesterday I didn't have anything to do, and decided to play oblivion again after some months... I thought "oh well, let's install al these new mods, make new character etc" and I followed pretty well the 50 steps for FCOM installation guide http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1090232-50-steps-to-stable-fcom/ I coudn't manage to do all steps and of course I used a lot of mods which he didn't use and did a lot of stuff with out checking the guide, I hadn't unistalled oblivion and the mods so most of them were already installed
Somehow, I managed to get the most stable oblivion ever in my computer, I only experienced 3 crashes between yesterday and today in... 5 or 6 hours and game, even with the graphic improving mods, went better than usual I was very happy : D
Some hours ago I went to weye due to the Ruined tail's tale quest and I relised I hadn't installed the compatibility patch with afk weye, I did the quest anyway but after it was done I went back and didn't like it so I saved there (in weye) and quited to install the compatibility patch
I dounloaded it, found the "Region Revive - Lake Rumare" mod and I liked it so I downloaded it too along with it's patches with unique landscapes and afk weye, now I'm remembering that I forgot to install the afk weye compatibility
Anyway, with these mods my game woudn't start, I managed to find out it was because of the mod limit so I deleted a few small mods (denock arrows because cobl already integrates it for instance) rebuilded the bashed patch and everything and I could start the game
But when I tryed to load my saved game it crashed, I though "Probably this because I saved in the area in which the new rumare mod was placed" (and I hadn't installed the compatibility patch with afk weye) but I coudn't load any game, always crashed... so I unchecked all the mods and STILL coudn't load the games, couldn't even make a new game! It always crashed.
I just uninstalled oblivion, installed it in a different folder (because I had all the mods in the other one) but therefore I coudn't start the game...
I made a backup of my oblivion folder with all the mods (took a while) and deleted it, unistalled and installed oblivion again in the default folder... crashed when starting again
Now I don't know what to do D:
