Oblivion crashing every 1-5 minutes : IV

Late last week my Oblivion installation began crashing constantly, sometimes it is a "Oblivion.exe" crash or a "StackHash" crash. Regardless, it always happens when the game seems to be doing some background loading, as in loading new exterior areas or making transitions between cells. I have no idea what may be causing this as the game was working without major issues before (as in crashing every 2-5 hours only, as opposed to every minute). I am running Oblivion with OBGEv2 and OBSE, as well as OSR (stutter remover), weOCPS (crash prevention system), and streamline. I have tried disabling AA, AF, updating drivers, lowering settings, and disabling DEP (data execution prevention) to no avail. Here is my dxdiag:

Thanks for the reply. I was able to clear up my page file by 500 mb, yet Oblivion is still crashing. I noticed that that the game crashes whenever it is loading an exterior cell, like when moving from an interior to exterior cell or between exterior cells. Any more suggestions?

UPDATE

So I remembered I had recently installed an unstable build of OBSE, and downgraded to a stable one. The game is a lot more stable now, though is still crashing a lot. I also rearranged my load order, here it is in case it is useful:

Accompanying these crashes is a message in the taskbar saying "DEP (data execution prevention) has prevented a program from harming your computer" or something like that, even though I have disabled DEP using the command "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff"... Any ideas?

Kill your antivirus software while playing, and any other anti-malware apps that may be running.

Get the latest RC of OSR, newly uploaded today. Try removing "weOCPS" as OSR is more capable now. Try the heap replacements now available in OSR. Definately do HeyYou's suggestions above. Try turning off slotted autosaves, making instead secure menu saves through Steamline. Try turning off all Streamline features other than Save and Purge.

I've no real idea what's up with your install. You say it was running acceptably well, then all of a sudden began constantly crashing? The only thing that comes to mind is to check for the a-bomb with either OAF (Oblivion Animation Fixer) or Wrye Bash. I know from personal experience that amongst its varied symptoms are inexplicable crashes and other odd behavior. Nor does it have to display traditional frozen animations. It's a far shot and likely not your issue, but worth checking out to be safe.
