Oblivion Crashing?

Oblivion is crashing so I went here to see if someone can shed light on this. I installed some supposedly compatible mods (I probably just messed something up) and I can't play Oblivion. It loads up, lets me access the menu, and even lets me start a new game. However; when I finish the intro movie with Cpt.Picard Oblivion crashes.

Your Bashed Patch is a mess. Go to the FCOM thread and follow the guidelines in the opening post. Generally, you should be importing everything except the exceptions mentioned in the install guide.

You also have too many tweaks activated. Read carefully what each does and then decide whether or not you want to use it. The crash specifically can be caused by using Mayu's Animation Overhaul Tweaker in Tweak Actors, without the mod that goes along with it.

You also need to read the details in the BOSS log and make adjustments to your load order accordingly. There unfortunately are some things not mentioned in the log, such as MMM Gems & Gem Dust and FCOM not being compatible with each other.

Next to last thing, use the mod checker in Wrye Bash and deactivate all the mods it lists and import them into your Bashed Patch. Mods with the NoMerge tag specifically are mods that need this to be done, such as TNR and all the EVE plugins.

Last thing, in the future right-click on the heading bar in the load order tab of Wrye Bash, click List Mods, and copy-paste the contents of the window to post your load order in the future. Do the same thing with your installers tab in Wrye Bash. In fact, do that next so we can help you with specifics about your load order. Also, the load order is more helpful if you list it by load order instead of alphabetically, and it's easier to see this outside of the BOSS log.

Oh, and make sure that BOSS is up-to-date by enabling the option in Wrye Bash to always update when you run BOSS by again, right-clicking on the header in the load order tab.

So now I'm able to go outside, but I get wrecked in every fight I get into, is this supposed to happen? Also a bunch of "WTF? I'm missing a mesh!"s are popping up; what am I missing?

Did you rename the MMM BSA as you were told?

Did you register the FraNewItems BSA in your Oblivion.INI?

You would be far better taking your issues into the FCOM thread where you'll be advised by modders and players familiar with the mod.
As for the missing resources check the known issues with version 1.33 in the opening post of the OOO thread.

Looking at your Load Order, You have not yet followed all of ArmeniusLOD's advice. You probably forgot to rename the MMM.Bsa to FCOM_Convergence-Mart's Monster Mod.Bsa, You probably forgot to rename the FraNewItems.Bsa to FCOM_Convergence-FraNewItems.Bsa.
You are missing patches for Unique Landscapes and OOO/MMM.
You want the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24078 packages for all of your overhauls, and you need the EVE esp specifically for an FCOM build, I would erase this last bit, but the link should take you to the EVE page on TESNexus. while you are there download the Supplemental Patches by Arthmoor to update your UOP, USIP, and your UOMP. When you have done this you should no longer need the Thieves Den SSSB plugin.
FCOM makes the world of Tamriel a more dangerous place, You can play with the difficulty settings/add more mods/ pick on low level varmints like Mudcrabs and Goblins to get your skills and survivability chances higher.
I also noticed 3E in your Load Order, I hope you are going to take advantage of OCR in you build, but if you are not, then remove this esp from your Load Order.

You need to update your OOO to 1.34, Shikishima is correct about using the FCOM thread, because the thread has links to TheNiceOne's OMOD installer, and all of the information that everyone has given to you is already there.
My only useful advice that is not in the FCOM thread is to try and switch to using BAIN as an installer as early as possible to avoid having to worry (as much) about Install order and overwritten meshes and textures.
