I bought the German version of the Oblivion GoTY for PC, it had SI and KotN. I have been told that this version doesn't come with the DLC's, is there a way to obtain the DLC's in English or German, for PC somehow?

I don't think DLC for PC is available anymore for some reason. Unless someone else knows...
