Oblivion DLCs for PC?

Post » Wed Dec 07, 2011 1:20 pm

Hey guys,

I was going to buy all of the Oblivion DLCs that I didn't have before Skyrim came out, but then I saw the Bethesda store for the DLCs was down. I figured they were updating it for Skyrim's release, so I just thought I'd wait. Then I notice they're all listed on the Elder Scrolls page for Oblivion, but there's only one link per plugin and they all lead to xbox.com. I don't have Oblivion for the 360, but for the PC, and I'd really like to buy the DLCs ASAP. Do you guys happen to know where I might find the PC versions? Thanks :)

I can answer one question. The online store went down after the hack attempt a few months ago. There is no word on when Bethesda will bring it back up.

Someone else will have to tell you how to get the DLCs nowadays. My only suggestion would be to try Amazon, but I'm sure there are other options.

::EDIT:: The pinned thread on DLCs at the top of this forum has this to say: "As many have noted, the store is down indefinitely. If we're able to make the content available again, we'll let you know. Presently, the Deluxe Editions of Oblivion on Steam and Direct 2 Drive are the best ways to get this content."

Aww man, that's not cool, I don't want to have to buy the game again just to get those plugins. :(

You're right. It's not cool at all. Bethesda needs to get their act together.

I usually don't agree with those types of statements, but I have to agree there. :\
