As some mods require OBSE,It says that I need to update my Oblivion,problem is,I download all the patches but it says:Old file not found... .Something like that,What can I do?

Do you have GOTY edition of the game? If so, that comes pre-patched.

No,I have the normal Oblivion.No Shivering Isles or GOTY Edition.

Are you using the right patch? The US patch won't work with the UK version for example.

Yes,I am.Isn't it because I'm using mods?If so,I have to reinstall the game,install the patches and then add mods?

I live in Brazil,and I'm using US Patch,but I also tried the UK one.

AFAIK there isn't a Portuguese localization so it would most likely be in English. Most likely Brazil would use the "UK" patch.

I bought it and it came in English,But I think I'll try to uninstall the game,then install it again and put the UK patchs.I'll let you guys know if it worked.

http://www.gamesas.com/eng/patches.php is what you want. Make sure you choose the appropriate SI/Non SI and UK version.
