I am having an issue with Oblivion where the game freezes after I select any option from the main menu except for Credits and Options. Once I select an option (i.e. Continue or Exit) and the game asks for confirmation, clicking the Yes option makes the game freeze totally and I have to shut my PC down to close the game. Alt-F4 does nothing, and Task Manager can't even be opened. I have let the game sit for 3 hours to see if it was just taking a while to load, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?
