Well they have that thing that fire the helios thingy.
But maybe some sort of gun that creates massive gravatrons and pulls the moon into whatever you wanna crush... so an ant, or a computer screen. :brokencomputer:

"The Beta Tesla cannon is a developer test weapon, presumably an early beta version of the Tesla cannon. It is aesthetically identical to a missile launcher and uses missiles as its ammunition source. It can be obtained via a glitch.
One copy of this weapon can be found outside the map boundaries at Satellite Relay Station. It is obtainable via some rather tricky jumping, building an ammo staircase. This glitch can be utilized during, or after the Liberty Prime destruction sequence. After Liberty Prime blows up and his head is propelled southwards use his head as reference and head southwest towards an outcropping of rocks. You should soon hit an invisible wall, denoting the map boundary, after trying to jump up onto a ledge. After you are in a position where you can see the Wasteland but you are blocked by the invisible wall, SAVE the game here.
Reload that same save, and while the game is loading, start moving forward until the game loads and your character has moved past the invisible wall (you may need to reload and try a number of times).
Now that you have made it past the invisible wall, head slightly south as you are going westwards. You will eventually come across a table with what appears to be a missile launcher levitating above it and 3 ammo boxes underneath. This weapon is the Beta Tesla cannon, and the ammo boxes contain some missiles.
Exit the cliffs from the way you got up. If you can't however, don't worry as there are a number of ways to get back inside the map boundary: Skirt round to the north side of the map and jump down from on top of the building that got partially blown up during the Liberty Prime set-piece.
Find your way to the concrete support (with a communication transmitter on it) that is on the opposite side of the concrete support next to Liberty Prime's head. Jump onto it and again to ground level.
Jump at/onto ground-level trees from the rock ledge above (you should hear a wooden plank noise when you land), then jump again from the tree back onto the ground.
Using 5mm ammunition boxes as leverage in order to scale the rocks or the fence at the beginning of the area is also a possible method."

Mace of doom was aquired by purchasing the "Wizards Tower" DLC and deleting (Or if on PC deactivating) the DLC whilst in the tower (Cant remember specifics) This would transfer you tothe bruma test cell, where you could get infinite sigil stones and the Mace o' doom. There'll prolly be something in a later DLC if not already.

Wow that's one thing I've never exploited.

I own bot Oblivion and FO3, and I've never gotten either of these.

I know what I'll be doing tonight.

Also, have people explored every bit of the outer NV map?

Such a weapon may still exist?

Mace of Doom:

"For game console users, or PC users who don't like the debug console, there is a way to obtain the mace by exploiting the way plug-ins operate. To do so, you need to have the Frostcrag Spire official plug-in installed. Enter the spire, teleport to the living space, and stand on the portal to your right(if that doesn't work you can stand in the garden area where the blood grass is). Then, deactivate the plug-in (XBox users: delete the plug-in from your drive; you will be allowed to re-download it for free later.)(***A better spot to stand is under the slim window on the back wall of the garden. It will directly bring you to the first floor of the house).
Start the game back up and load your file. It will say that files are missing or something along those lines; load the file anyway. When you start the game you'll be surrounded by darkness, look around until you see a house with invisible walls, walk towards the house until you get teleported into it. Be patient it could take up to 3 minutes. Also, you can speed this process up if you have a summon creature spell. Simply cast a summon spell and you will be teleported in(or if you stood in the blood grass you will be automatically spawned on the second floor of the house).

When in the house leave through the door on the second floor. You are now in the test area. In the testing area there is a Doorless Version of Cloud Ruler Temple Near the fire in the center of the five houses in a circle is the Mace of Doom. The Mace of Doom can be multiplied. In the test area, there are also a lot of weird things like a zombie trapped on the second floor of a building Called Grant's Farmhouse. Also there is a man called Dewey Decimal in the middle of no where."

Why isn't there anything like this in FNV? Because it isn't a Bethesda game? :sadvaultboy:

Because those objects were accidentally left in the game after being used by the devs for testing. They never expected you to actually get them.
