Hey.

I got Oblivion today and whenever I try to play it sometimes, things get blurry. Mostly the magicka, health and fatigue bars, because when I use something (torch, sword, etc) it gets blurry when where what I'm holding is. How do I fix this? It even makes the text blurry if it is in front of my torch. It's really annoying. Also, when I was in the prison cell (at the very beginning) I could sprint by using L-shift, but now that button makes me slower.

Try reinstalling first, and make sure you install all the patches including the unofficial one

I cant help you with the blur, but you can't sprint in Oblivion. It's walk and run. Caps lock turns off and on run, and holding shift is the reverse. If you're stuck on run, hold shift to walk, let go of shift to run again.

Nevermind, I fixed it. It was the enb mod I installed.
