Greetings from the Morrowind modding effort. I'm looking to replace the magic sounds in Morrowind but can't find anything good on PES or TESnexus so I'm requesting any recommendations for a sound replacer for Oblivion that you guys might use.

Alternatively it would be quite helpful if someone could upload Oblivion's stock magic fx sounds so I can use them. They would still be better than Morrowind's I think.

I can't answer your question regarding a magic sound replacer for Oblivion, but uploading any of Oblivion files, even if it's something with minimal effect on the game, is not legal. So you'd have to take a sound replacer for Oblivion.

The mod I use in Morrowind for replacing my magical sounds is http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=1990 from Lucypher.

I think your request might fall under the category of not going to happen.
I imagine Oblivion sound effects are assets that could not be just put into Morrowind or vice versa.
The EULA prohibits imports from one game to another.
