Oblivion Oscuros Mod isn't working great!

Yep! The OP would be one big huge reason I won't release mods. Many kudos and hugs to those modders that do and put up with this kind of stuff.

As you can probably see, this attitude isn't well received around here. However, your post is also lacking something else - a load order. We cannot easily help you without being given any information, and by directly insulting somebody most people here have great respect for, you've made it incredibly unlikely anybody will go the extra mile. I suggest you add a load order, at least.

Fortunately, this guy seems to be in the minority of players that spit on modders. I hope that most players, like myself, are quite thankful for the mods that are released, which seems to be the case more often than not. I also hope that most read the readmes attached.

I'll pretend that I didn't read the last sentence - and it's commented upon already. If you got your version from Oscuro's site you should update it first of all - as that site/version is really old.
