Acronym overload! Anyway, have you tried Bethesda's online store? Amazon? Ebay? If it's not in one of these places I would guess that it doesn't exist.

Perhaps your local game store has it. Also try GOG or even Steam shop, either one of them could have it.

Have they ever released the Oblivion Soundtrack in higher quality? (Like flac or a CD)
