Oblivion Overhauls inquiries

Make sense?

If I'm understanding you correctly, the best way to get them working together is to install TIE, reset the weapon damage stats to vanilla (via mod or configuration setting as appropriate) and let Spookys combat mods handle the damage changes alone.

And is sounds like the same approach should work for other overhauls (like FCOM) that affect weapon stats and mods that add new weapons too.

If so, it doesn't sound as bad as I thought. Thanks for explaining it :)

No - if you use the vanilla stat override with FCOM what will happen is the vanilla weapons will be set to vanilla and all the gear added by OOO, Frans, MMM, Warcry, Bobs, etc will all have MOBS/OMOBS style stats and things will be more muddled that way.

With FCOM and similar mods just deal with it - MOBS is not as severe a stat adjuster as TIE is. In some cases the stats are only like 1.2 to 1.5 times stronger.

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying, now I know what to look for and how to deal with it :)
