Oblivion Plugins, Can't Activate :( : IV

Hi,

I bought the plugins a few years ago, and i've just come to replay oblvion and i need to install the the plugins, and i can't activate it by either internet or phone whatsoever. Phone Unavailable, and Internet server unreachable. I got them from http://obliviondownloads.com.

What can i do to get them activated?

PM GStaff, email Bethesda support or wait for GStaff to reply here. I got the DLC from KOTN disc and didn't have to activate them, so I really wouldn't know what to say to help you. I'm sure Bethesda support or GStaff can help you.
