uesp doesnt say any other name either. ill check the wiki.

EDIT:not even a page on him in the wiki. im just going to say "The King of Miscarcand". never heard him referred to as anything else. unless you are mistaking him for another lich. perhaps that guy at the end of the statues quests who turns into a king or something?

I may be wrong, but is there any point in doing trick questions? They don't test actual TES knowledge.
