*Emporer's Robes (since they are not acquired during the tutorial) and the Amulet of Kings don't count

the red robes off those guys that are in the sewers robe + hat = 2 and the 3rd item would be the "cuffs" that you start with

Sadly I only remember the bonus part and that is alchemy and the main question is one of the guild mages that teaches it but I don't remember who or even which guild. Would be too easy to look up but maybe I'll get a little ice cream anyway. :icecream:

well my question caused some problems sorry about that :tounge:
the three I was looking for were the two katanas and the wrist irons.
I was mistaken about the goblin shaman staff (I thought that there were several in the game world): it is a "goblin shaman staff" while the others are actually "Goblin Totem Staffs"
Mythic Dawn apparel can be found outside of the sewers
And I actually thought about rough iron/leather while typing the question, but I could have sworn I've seen it elsewhere. I checked the wiki and it turns out I was wrong, it is only found in the sewers.
So UnclePain and BAugustus were both right and follow-up questions have already been asked so I must improvise:

:chaos: I can freaking picture being told something like this but I can't remember who it was!!!! It was definitely a Khajiit or an Orc either at a Shrine or maybe in the blackwood company. Or in a cave somewhere. Or–I'm not sure, maybe this will help someone else come to the right answer...
