Yep, it's a blue collar shirt, and I should issue a mea culpa, I was thinking of the shop keep's shirt, which doesn't actually appear in the game, but supposedly has the same appearance. I got the 2 confuzzled.

The countess of Skingrad is correct. I had never heard of Count Tyrone Rugen but I looked him up and you are indeed correct. The other one I was thinking of was Count Ormellius Goldwine, the Count of Kvatch, because he is always dead. Count Tyrone Rugen is correct nonetheless, so the :turtle: is yours

Wait, why is Tyrone Rugen being accepted? There's no one in TES by that name. That's a character in The Princess Bride. And if UESP had it listed as otherwise, it's been removed by now.
