It took me a while to get this, I thought you meant books which were identical from earlier games. Is it http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Mysterium_Xarxes and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Oghma_Infinium? I don't know if that counts as text, though :P

Well, it's been almost 48 hours, so... I'll go ahead and poke things along. :poke:

This is a weightless clothing item, and it's named for a type of NPC, and there are, in fact, 2 of this type of NPC that wear it. What is it?

No, not a Mage's hood... though the item in question does happen to be blue.

Blue Collar Shirt

Yep, it's a blue collar shirt, and I should issue a mea culpa, I was thinking of the shop keep's shirt, which doesn't actually appear in the game, but supposedly has the same appearance. I got the 2 confuzzled.

Anyway, Mirocu's :turtle:.

Among other locations, Fort Hastrel, Ceyatatar, Fyrelight Cave, Fort Ash and Fatback Cave have something distinct in common. What is it?

Nice try but not right. The Gray Fox doesn't fit the warrior and mage parts of:
"The best and worst warrior, mage and thief."

Perhaps you can tell us the right answer later, but I'm sure it has been more than half an hour :/ I will ask the next Question :)

...but if this question is being used then it is surely the Staff of Banishment

The countess of Skingrad is correct. I had never heard of Count Tyrone Rugen but I looked him up and you are indeed correct. The other one I was thinking of was Count Ormellius Goldwine, the Count of Kvatch, because he is always dead. Count Tyrone Rugen is correct nonetheless, so the :turtle: is yours

Wait, why is Tyrone Rugen being accepted? There's no one in TES by that name. That's a character in The Princess Bride. :P And if UESP had it listed as otherwise, it's been removed by now.

Perhaps the Roxey Inn? Though those inhabitants aren't quite adventurers.
